In response to the company‘s requirements for improving quality and efficiency, on the morning of July 10, 2024, Shandong Molong held a unique military training activity. A comprehensive survey was conducted in the form of a skills questionnaire for all department and production support staff to assess their ability levels, improve work quality, and provide data support and theoretical basis for the company to select talents and arrange personnel and job positions reasonably. The preliminary test was conducted simultaneously in two production parks in Molong, Shandong, with more than 270 employees participating.
The main leaders of Shandong Molong attach great importance to this test and have entrusted a third-party organization to personally inspect and supervise the examination room. This skills test was organized rigorously and meticulously, with strict and fair invigilation. It conducted a comprehensive and multi-dimensional examination of employees’ job responsibilities in the form of closed book questions, striving to objectively and truthfully reflect the ability level of employees in various positions.
Through this exam, employees have undergone significant improvements and transformations in their thinking and understanding. Exams are not only a process of testing, but also a process of guidance and inspiration. Through this test, employees have gained a deeper understanding of the requirements and responsibilities of their job positions, a better understanding of their job skills, and a clearer recognition of their own shortcomings and gaps. They have truly played a role in promoting production and operation through exams, improving quality through learning, and enhancing efficiency through learning.
